VG60 INITIATING HEAD
APPLICATION
The initiating head is designed to initiate carrier-type shaped-charge perforating guns and pressure generators conveyed on production tubing in wells filled with water or completion fluid.
The initiating head is compatible with pressure generators and single-use carrier-type perforating systems with outside diameters ranging from 60 to 114 mm.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
THE INITIATING HEAD DESIGN PROVIDES
Reliable pressure-activated initiation from the surface for perforating under overbalanced conditions
Reliable operation in vertical, horizontal and highly deviated wells at a hydrostatic pressure of at least 6 MPa
Connection to any downhole equipment installed above the initiating head, including safety adapters, junk catchers, packers and other tools
Wellbore circulation and formation-fluid inflow
Use as a backup initiation system
